Sebastian’s Ice Cream was initially offered to restaurants, as delicious and unique additions to their dessert menus. After a year of fulfilling the dessert needs of well-known establishements like The Good Earth Tea Room (Greenbelt 3, Metrowalk and Alabang Town Center) the time had come for Sebastian’s to come into its own and be more readily available to the public. So, in May 2006, the 1st Sebastian’s Ice Cream Studio opened at the New Entertainment Wing of the Alabang Town Center. They are further expanding to other markets the unique and most of all, delicious ice cream experience that is Sebastian’s Ice Cream.
